These same checks run server-side on a schedule and push to the Telegram ops channel: a problem alerts once per 30 minutes while it persists, and sends a single all-clear on recovery. Thresholds: hashrate below 75% of max(7d avg, 19 TH/s), zero live sessions, TXC/ISK with no block for 15m (warn) or 30m (alert), stale stats feed, and a missing rental-watcher heartbeat.

Connected = live stratum TCP sessions (matches old dashboard's "Miners"). Hashing = distinct workers that submitted a valid share in the last 10 minutes. A wide gap between the two is a share-counting or vardiff signal. "Diag" columns come from the stratum log's per-minute summary line — a stale age there is a log-tailer problem, not a mining problem; trust Connected / Hashing / Pool hashrate instead.
